VEN CAPITAL PARTNERS
VCP is a private investment vehicle seeking to acquire and manage a single business, allowing for a successful exit and stable succession for business owners.
Who We Are
Ven Capital Partners is focused on ensuring the longevity of one business through long-term growth. The Ven Capital Partners team is seasoned entrepreneurs, operators, and middle-market investors, with extensive experience and a track record of enabling long-term performance.
We are dedicated to aligning the financial and operational results of the business with the long-term success of all stakeholders – customers, employees, equity-holders, and the community.
Our Approach
Ven Capital Partners makes control investments in small and middle market businesses — and helps enhance operations to achieve their full potential. We work with owner-operators who are looking for attractive options to achieve liquidity or exit, while finding the right partner to help their businesses scale.
In previous lives, we have led large teams and projects with a proven record of success. The difference between good and great is a few good decisions on focusing go-to-market and a dogged focus on the customer and talent. As your partner, we get in the trenches alongside you, managing the day to day and sharing what we’ve learned.
Our investment thesis focuses on establishing relationships with companies that have solid products and stable businesses, but which have generally under-indexed in their go-to-market efforts. We avoid hyper-competitive bidding situations and seek to build value in investments by deploying a proven and replicable operating model developed over two decades (and counting).
